A proposed integrated digital city in Hasiya, Homs Governorate, designed to attract companies, talent and investment in IT, AI and technology industries, with facilities for both work and everyday life.

The industrial zone covers 990 hectares in total, of which 7,920,000 m² is designated for investment. The residential zone covers 550 hectares in total, of which 4,400,000 m² is designated for investment.
Opportunities include developing industrial and residential areas, establishing and operating education, healthcare, hospitality and service facilities, and creating technology, industrial and research activities.
